This program is designed to facilitate successful solutions with teams or groups.  Enneagram Assessments are included.  Most of the conflict that arises in the workplace stems from misunderstandings, assumptions, and projections that build up over time until they become a “false story” that masks what people actually think and feel.  Using the Enneagram as a system of understanding the true motivations and perceptions of the parties involved in conflict, replaces the conflict with non-judgmental, non-blaming curiosity and open communication.
